**To calculate shipping you must click on the Add To CartButton, if no rate is listed enter your zip code and press update. You shouldnow see a variety of shipping options. Items with a value of over 100 dollarswill be shipped with a signature required. At this point if you would like tocontinue to checkout.
Most orders usually ship on the same day they are placed iforder is finalized by 2:00 pm ET. In the event that the item you’re ordering innot available you will be contacted to give you a date the item will ship.Should you not want to wait we will refund you your 100% of your money.
Some orders may require telephone verification, pleaseprovide the best telephone numbers to contact you. Some orders with a differentbilling to shipping address may be delayed for verification.
We do not ship to PO Box. We will only ship to the verifiedaddress with your credit card company. If you are checking out with Paypal andhave a billing address and a different verified shipping address the systemwill allow you to check out and your order will ship to your shipping address.
Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx, All orders shipped in thismanner are shipped insured with signature confirmation at delivery. We are notresponsible for weather delays or acts of nature that may delay package.
We do ship to other countries but please contact us forpayment options and shipping rates.
We will sometimes change the package method of shipping butwill deliver in the selected amount of days or sooner than that selected attime of check-out by the buyer.
Ground Shipping 1 to 5 Days is an estimate. Some packagesbecause of shipping location or your location may take longer. We ship from 3locations in the USA.
Same day shipping cut’s off at 2:00 PM ET, Orders placedafter said time ship the following day. International orders take 3 days toverify and process so this would not apply to these orders.
The fee for packages shipped and returned to us aundeliverable is 15% and loss of shipping amount paid. Buyer is responsible forre-shipping charges.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com formore information on returning an item. Do not return any items without a RA# asthe item will not reach us and we will not be responsible if item is lost inshipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund(excluding shipping, handling and restocking charges) within 15 days ofreceiving item, subject to a return authorization from Just4electronics. Allsales are considered final after 15 days and will not be exchanged norrefunded.
If the item is found to be defective you must contact the manufacturer forsupport and or service. We are unable to replace items ounce installed or after15 day from date of delivery.
Special order items do not qualify for returns. All special order item salesare final once delivered.
Back Order is considered a special order and will ship when the item arrivesfrom the manufacturer. Cancellation fee of 5% will apply if you cancel theorder. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place the Back Order. Weare at the mercy of the manufacturer so we are unable to promise any typedelivery date. If you need a firm date please wait for the item to be availablebefore you order.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and loss of shipping for costincurred in restocking.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtaincontacting is with your order number. This is the only source of ReturnAuthorization. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition.All returns are subject to inspection.
All special order items are subject to 5% cancellation if order iscanceled.
All orders canceled on the same day as placed will receive full refund ifcanceled before 11:00 pm EST, any cancellations after said time are subject to5% cancellation fee. Return Procedures All returned merchandise must be inoriginal factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts andmanuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tapeor write anything on the item or packaging. Just4electronics will charge youfor replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contentsor cartons. Just4electronics reserves the right to refuse any suchreturns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tapesecurely. The returned item must be shipped within 7 days of obtaining your RMAor the return will be cancelled. Write the RMA number issued by customerservice clearly on the shipping label as instructed. Any merchandise returnedto Just4electronics without prior authorization will be refused.
Please ship your parcel back to Just4electronics freight prepaid. Just4electronicssuggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, Just4electronicscannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted forexchange or return without authorization.
